Bioleka Association Inguration
Department of Biotechnology, Srinivasan College of Arts and Science, Perambalur organizes the inauguration of its own Association Bioleka followed by Bio Glimpse Talk Series – 2023. Esteemed Chancellor, Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan University Shri A.Srinivasan has consented to preside over the Function. The function started with the lightning of lamp and the Welcome Address by Prof. Dr R. Ramya, Head of Biotechnology, The Office Bearer's of the Association were made owned with their Positions by the the Principal, The Dean of Academics and the Chief guest's and followed by the Felicitation's by Dr N.Vetrivelan, Principal, SCAS, Dr Raju Nandhakumar, Professor of Physical Sciences, Karunya institute of Technology & Sciences, (Deemed to be University), Coimbatore & Dr S. Velayuthaprabhu, Assistant Professor of Biotechnology, Bharathiar University, Coimbatore
Dr Raju Nandhakumar, Professor of Physical Sciences, Karunya institute of Technology & Sciences, (Deemed to be University), Coimbatore guested the function and explained briefly on the Applications of Chemibiosensors and its versatility in near future, he also added that biosensors would emphasize the importance of Artificial Intelligence competing with Robotics to cure common human diseases. Dr S. Velayuthaprabhu, Assistant Professor of Biotechnology, Bharathiar University, Coimbatore in his keynote address added points and explained the importance of Clinical Research and its related studies related with Animal Cell Culture. he also explained the Trans Organ Culture which is only way to cure, long lasting diseases & discomforts related to mankind. He also advised the students to learn the advancement of present era for implementation relates with Clinical Biology.
The Proceedings of Association Inauguration was made to the chief guest and the Dignitaries by Prof S.Mathan Kumar, Asst. Professor of Biotechnology, Finally the function ended with the Vote of Thanks proposed by Dr C.Muthusamy, Asst. Professor of Biotechnology. The arrangements for the function is looked after by the faculty of Biotechnology, SCAS.
