SCAS -MicroBiology -RRC Jointly organized a “Special Lecture Programme, Inauguration of Association & Blood Grouping Camp” today. Chief guest Dr. Prakash Balu, (Associate Professor & Head, Department of Biotechnology, Vel’s Institute of Science, Technology and Advanced Studies, Chennai) has delivered an inaugural address and highlighted the carrier opportunities of Microbiology also shared his findings of Bio-prospective of microbes for various issues. Dr. R.Prakash, (Quality Control Plant Officer, Chakra Milk (Tulya Beverages), Perambalur has addressed the importance of the Microbiologist role in industries. He also spoke about the validation and application of Microbiology in food & Beverage industries. Around 200 students and faculties participated in the one-day event.
